Discount Tire

I brought in a tire from my commercial zero turn mower on 6/2/2026. I dropped it off to get leak repair. They mounted a new tire without consulting me. They have no record of contacting me on the phone. They charged me $180.42 for a new tire I did not authorize. This price included a highway road warranty add on price. It is not a highway tire. I contacted the store and asked for the old tire. They told me they disposed of it. I purchased that tire in June 2025 so only 9 months old. I have the receipt . I would have just put in an inexpensive tube and used for years. They gave me a refund , but now I have to buy a new tire instead of just a tube. These guys at this location are absolutely dumbfounded. Do not waste your money specifically on getting an alignment. I just had all of the suspension work done on my truck and I take it in to get an alignment. He says Yep everything looks good. Should go smoothly. You just have a little bit of a tow in. Takes them well over an hour and I’m watching them the whole time as they’re stripping using two guys on one wrench completely stripping my inner and outer tie rods. I asked to go out there and take a look and he shows me the finished product. The lug nut on my inner tie rod was completely loose and disconnected. They did not even tighten it back up before telling me the product was finished. Not to mention my steering wheel in alignment came out way worse than it was before.

I was traveling from out of town when my tires started losing air rapidly. Bill, the store manager, greeted me right away and walked me through the diagnostic process. We checked the sensors and looked for nails, but nothing showed up. They then pulled my car and put the wheel in the dunk tank, where they discovered the rim was bent. They were able to bend it back, get everything sealed properly, and send me on my way — without charging me anything. That’s real customer service. I don’t even live in Texas, yet they still took care of me and never once tried to take advantage of the situation. It speaks volumes about the culture and integrity of this team. I put down a deposit for a set of tires and was told they would be ordered. Two weeks went by and I never received a call, text, or email with an update. I finally went back to the store in person only to find out the tires were never ordered at all. What’s worse is no one had the courtesy to notify me. No follow-up. No apology. No accountability. I had to waste my time making an unnecessary trip just to learn nothing had been done. This is basic customer service. If you take someone’s deposit, the least you can do is place the order and communicate. Extremely disappointing experience.

I took my husband’s car in to swap the summer tires out for the winter tires for a drive up north. The appointment also happened to fall on a couple of days before a likely ice storm in Texas. Unfortunately, a simple swap ended up being more difficult than expected with a few problems, which involved the studs, etc. There were some concerns about driving at higher speeds and long distances, especially in the winter weather. So, Bill went above and beyond to make a tough situation more pleasant. He coordinated a referral for the issue to be taken care of ASAP.
