The service people behind the counter weren't interested in helping at all

Excellent customer service. Recommend everyone go there for their auto parts. I took my starter in to get tested and they explained every detail of what was happening. I explained to them what my truck has been doing and the codes I got from my ob2 reader and the staff got on the computer and looked them up and gave me the answers I needed.

I really enjoy the store, every single time I've ever had a problem of any kind whether it be finding a part for a vehicle that I'm working on, having an issue with a part that I bought from here, or just needing to compare prices between two stores. I have always had great success with the store from the employees to the manager himself, everyone has always been willing to go above and beyond to go the extra mile to ensure you the customer walks away with the information in parts that you need to get the job done right. When it's been a warranty issue on a part, even on a Sunday the employee called the manager at home and got me the part ordered in for me to drive down and pick it up as soon as it came in. I don’t shop here very often, but every time I do, I’m greeted right away and offered help. That kind of customer service is always appreciated. On my most recent visit, the employee helped me find the correct fuse..I would have grabbed the wrong one without his assistance. Great service and friendly staff

Always have a good customer experience. The sales staff is friendly and professional. The installation of some parts like wiper blades, headlight lamps and batteries are common. Great bonus for the tool less driver!
