Jay is so attentive. He was quick to help me and did all the work! Beau is so willing to help and always has a smile on his face everytime I see him. I stopped by a few days back and Ms. Nicole researched for me to double check behind both her and myself before I bought he wrong thing. This is why I frequent the state street location and trust them when I am uncertain. Good job guys!!

Great store with great customer service. As I expected they had what I needed and I was in and out in no time at all. There are three primary auto parts retailers and out of three is hard to say which is the best. I'll be honest I can't fault any of them and generally pick the one that is closest when I need it.

I love this store. They are always willing to help and Nichole is the best!! She really cares about the experience her customers have. She has made a customer for life for advance auto.

My car wouldn't start. I had a 6 yr old battery. Took it to Advane Auto in Waycross on Ossie Davis . Aman and young women were at the counter. The lady comes out and tests battery and tells me it's fine. Then restarts car and tells me it's the starter and tries to sell me one. My x is a fine mechanic and I call him. He says noway. Drive down and he will ck. I doand it's just the battery. DISHONEST PEOPLE OR INCOMPETENT, U DECIDE. NOT ON MY LIST OF FUTURE STORES.

The care i received at Advance Auto was the best service ever. Jay was very concerned with the issues that I had gone through and he went above and beyond to make me whole and for that I am grateful because you don't see that kind of customer service around anymore. Thank you so much Jay!!
