While the employees were attentive and tried their best, the lack of product knowledge is shocking. Their website is down but how hard is it to find a wheel lug nut? Luckily autozone wasn’t far away.

I had a disappointing experience at Advance auto parts today. The staff was very unprofessional. I went in the evening to buy headlight bulbs and asked a sales associate for help finding the right one. Without even checking, he simply said they didn’t have it. I then searched the aisle myself and checked advance auto parts website, only to find that the bulb was indeed available in that section. I don’t understand why the employee dismissed my request without even looking. After selecting the correct bulb for my vehicle, I saw that the price listed on the shelf was $74.99. However, when I went to the register, the cashier told me it was $99. When I asked him to verify the shelf price, he was rude and dismissive.
