The store manager Jessica SUCKS !!! The customer service here is awful , the shelf's have nothing on them and when you ask for help you are ignored or met with attitude. I asked for a manager after the employee who said they were new didn't know how to look up my filter for a 2009 Ford expedition 😒 after having to wait a stupid amount of time for a manager Jessica rudely come to the counter stating " she didn't have time for this cause she had to go get her kids " she rushed the transaction..she made me feel unwelcomed and I still got the wrong filter . I just went to another advance auto in Augusta which wasn't ANY BETTER. Steer clear of this place the employee just want to be paid to do nothing
Will always use and tell others how good all staff and service you will get I go to for my parts
Just had the best experience with Jessica, who was very professional and helped me with my windshield wipers and I'm a guy , she was awesome bc sometimes installation can get complexed, but she was great ! Thank you
Sasha put in her own phone number for my purchase without asking for mine, highly disappointed.
I ordered a part and had someone to pick it up. And it was the wrong one.Then they expected me to drive 30 miles back to the store wasting gas because they made a mistake .Thats not right and advance auto parts need to tighten up and get it together.Or hire people who knows what they're doing.They don't even know the difference between a gasket and gasket maker.And I noticed that when you give them a low star rateing .They don't respond like they do when they get a 4 or 5 star rateings.Make it make sense 🎯
