Customer service was friendly, but inventory was wrong in three of the possible four oil filters that fit my car. Ultimately, I was forced to pay an upcharge fee for my filter even though it was their lack of inventory accuracy which caused the deviation of cost. The clerk even had the audacity to say, “you’re probably saying to yourself this isn’t worth the $6, so are you ready to pay the upcharge?” I snickered and sarcastically replied, “well, it’s not looking like I have a choice.”

DON’T BUY HERE!!!!!!! I called in today to the store to check on an oil filter and some oil. I asked the store employee if he would grab the 5 quart oil off the shelf for me when they checked the inventory. I told him I was in a hurry would stop by in 10 minutes. and if he could save me some time since I was n a hurry. The Employee rudely told me that I could pick the stuff up off the shelf myself since I would be coming to the store… He acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him and I was an imposition to ask him for help. I canceled the order and went to Advanced Auto Parts in Trenton!!! Received superior customer service at the Trenton store!!!

I needed to replace my car's battery today and had a great experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. Not only did they have the battery I wanted in stock (and it was reasonably fresh to boot), but they installed it for free and taught me the process so I'll be able to DIY it next time. The guys were friendly and really helpful, and the price of the battery was competitive. Two thumbs up!
