Advance Auto Parts

Best Advanced I've gone to. Ryan was super helpful and went above and beyond when I was just picking up some wipers. I was out of town and didn't know if the blades came with the right adapters for my car, he looked it up for me and explained the warranty for the blades too so if they wear out next season it's only $3 to get new ones!

Bought a air pump there for $38 it broke immediately once I used it. Got to return it. Notice they like to upsell products...

Went in today for a rear windshield wiper blade. Bella greeted me and offered to look up the right one - while I was reaching for the Google machine in my pocket - which I’ve been to AAP many times and no one has ever offered to do. She installed it and was super friendly. Thanks for your stellar customer service today!

I usually get fast friendly service and decent advice. Though I have made the mistake of listening to the "new" employee, which didn't work out as well as I would have liked. Their experienced staff do have good information if you need or want it. They also let you rent or borrow tools.

Been going here for parts for years..no Decades. I've always gotten good if not very good service. An honest opinion and information help with the right tools to do the job right. It's a rarity I can't get a part from them outside of Dealer or specialty parts. The website is also very user friendly and as long as you feed the right information...You can't go wrong. About 10 to 15 cars and trucks lived and some still live today long after their life spans. Thanks!
