Went to go return a product I bought that did not fit my vehicle even though all the information that I gave was exactly right and denied me the refund of $20 because the product was open. I lost $20 b/c their employee gave me a product that did not work on my car.

Holiday weekend and traveling out of state with signs of a low battery. Drove to the dealership but parts department was closed so dealership staff told me to go to Advance Auto. Glad they did! Many thanks to Manager John and his staff who changed the battery in just a few minutes and saved my day! Came in there to get stuff for an oil change and the bald headed guy ignored me and kept talking to his friend. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Went in 3/8 to purchase two sets of h11 bulbs and wanted to get them priced matched to Walmart. As the store manager was getting them off the shelf for me, I asked him to price match them to Walmart for me. He proceeded to tell me that AAP doesn’t price match to Walmart. I was just there 6 months ago and got the same bulbs and the old manager priced matched them to Walmart for me with no questions asked. The manager told me he was the new manager for the last 3 months and that Walmart isn’t their competitor and that he would not be price matching. I paid $94 for two sets of bulbs that would’ve cost me $63 at Walmart. Anyone knows Walmart is a hassle and I wanted to avoid going there. Today I called their customer service number as I was curious and was told that they see this issue a lot a
