The customer service here was pretty doggone Good. I came in with a battery issue, and the guy offered to test it And charge it for no charge. Die hard battery. He even looked through the database to determine if I had purchased the battery from advanced auto.
Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the representative was not able to locate my needed part in the available inventory - nor online - but he devoted a lot of time and energy in his attempt to help me, which I appreciated.
They told me the right battery to buy but said they can't install it because it would take too long. I got charged an extra fee that would be reimbursed if I brought back the old battery, but now I have to get towed to just get it installed. Don't buy a battery here if you drive a 2015 Ford Fusion unless you plan on installing it yourself.
Went to return a light that I no longer need (didn’t know how to put it in lol and they don’t install bulbs). That little bulb was almost 20 bucks, I traded it for some new accessories for my new car!
Actually I wasn't there. I called to help get my daughter's car repaired. This seems kinda intrusive with a phone call. I'm not feeling that piece. I'm satisfied with the service guy I spoke to tho. Decent as all get out! When I saw this I was spooked 😂🙄. It's all good tho y'all. Peace& Blessings🙏🏽
