Finish Line Auto Sales

I came here to look at a vehicle and LET ME TELL YOU! Do not come HERE!!!! The cars all are inoperable. Not a single one starts. It’s a junk yard but they advertise themselves as a car dealership. The lady that runs this “business” that calls them self a dealer has the worst attitude, not professional at all and is more invested in what doesn’t concern her rather then running her own “business”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH A JUNK CAR.

I purchased a car from them at 18 years old, the car left me walking and started experiencing problems 30 days after i purchased it. I bought a Mazda 2011 for them about 5 months ago under the impression that the car was under good conditions for used car, little did I know that it was the worst decision of my life. A month into driving the car, my car lost its communication with its transmission control module, leaving me stranded in the middle of the highway! Following that incident I took the car to the dealership under the understanding that if the car ever need any repairs they would help me, the car sat on their lot for a month and a few weeks and they did nothing! I had to take the car to certified mechanic and they ordered the TCM and installed it onto the car! They sale lemons and to argue about they didn’t fix the right part on the car and the car kept breaking down.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. It didn't them long to process my sale. Friendly sales people and they worked with my down payment. It's only a 9 month payment term. I'm going back for a second car when I pay this one off.
