Simply put, Parker Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop around. Period. Don't even think to take your car somewhere else because it will be a waste of your time and money. When I think of the service I received at Parker two words immediately come to mind. Excellence and honesty. Third word is communication. I truly want an understanding of the workings of my car and the job being done. I got that at Parker. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm driving my car with complete confidence now.

My girlfriend took her mini van to five different places nobody could find the oil leak we took it to Parker and within 20 minutes found the leak and they ordered the part and fixed it the next day excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!

This shop is amazing! They want the best for their customers. My engine started knocking and instead of getting me to pay them for a new engine they took time out of their busy schedule to run all my warranties and connect me with a dealership where my car could be fixed under warranty. I greatly appreciate them and recommend everyone to do business here they do care about the people.

Recently moved to the area so didnt know of any mechanics here. I chose them based on the good reviews. I thought I needed a new alternator, but turns out I needed a belt and a tensioner which saved me a lot of money. They were very honest and the wife even drove me home and picked me up once my car was done! Very nice & thorough family business. The prices are more expensive than I'm used to in upstate NY, but not wild by any means. Honest services deserve to be paid well, especially in this economy. Their prices could also be the norm for Jersey, I just don't have the experience here to say. I will certainly seek them out for future maintenance on my car.
