Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, I signed in just to ensure people know how great this company is. We had an absolutely positive experience with this team, their trucks were very clean and the employees were more than helpful! Thank you for your assistance and meeting our needs over the last week.
I would rather WALK around the entire D.C. area than to deal with the owner Carlos' rude, condescending and incompetent ways. I have rented from here several times and the service becomes worse and worse.
I got good efficient service on walking in, plus decent value for a 10-day rental.
The owner is very cheap person and it is VERY VERY bad place to rent a car.
The best rental service in the DC area!
