Bob and his team were phenomenal. Bob went above and beyond, providing a thorough explanation of the issues that were presented with my water pump and subsequently laying out the options to proceed with. I didn’t just go with Bob and Advanced Auto Authority because he had the best prices. I ultimately went with them because they seemed the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, flexible, and reliable. I will continue to go there for every service I need on my VW Tiguan.

I have been going here for around 3 years. I first went because another local mechanic shop, told me a had a cracked head gasket in my car and needed a new engine! Well, that was 3 years ago, and I am still driving the same car. The repair was minor. I will ALWAYS take my cars to them, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Great staff, they are friendly, and knowledgeable. From Christy, the office manager, to Mark, and Lionel, two of the mechanics, and Bob, the owner. Can't say enough good things about them all. Honest, trustworthy, quality work!!

Bobby is an amazing guy! He was very honest and transparent with me and saved me money compared to another shop I got a quote from. Everyone there are personable and friendly. I'd recommend advance auto authority to anybody! Thanks Mr. Elkins

Bobby and Krissy were excellent! She was very patient with me and Bobby and his people did amazing work in a timely manner. I only had a few hours and was panicking but they made it happen!
