Fantastic Experience 👏 Great service, polite, and professional employees. The waiting lounge was comfortable, I had a nice conversation with people in my community as we waited. Which wasn't very long, 30 minutes & I was done with my much needed oil change and yes, they got me on the filters, I didn't want to deal with it later. And I remembered to use my coupon! I'll be back for my next service needs. I was very pleased to see a full service center now for maintenance. Macie was such a great advisor to walk me through the car review of services done & needed.

I was the first customer when the Ranson WV shop opened. These experts have been keeping my 2015 GMC running smooth over the years. The “Next Recommended Signature Service Oil Change” sticker reads: 304714 miles. So there’s that. Thanks for your great maintenance work. I’ll be back.

Brought in my own oil and filter. They gladly accepted and performed the oil change, oil filter and the 25 point multipoint inspection. They provided recommendations and answered all my questions. Got a good vibe being there. I highly recommend. They were straight and honest with the invoice and gave me print outs of recommendations. Great team atmosphere and professional customer service care.

I came here for oil changes multiple times and it's always been great. Today that was not the case. I called to see if they could remove my lug nuts that have the key because when I bought the car, it didn't have one. They said bring it in and since there isn't a charge for the removal they would charge me the price for the tire rotation. I was prepared to pay the 30 bucks and some change for the removal. Within about 15-20 minutes they came out and they said everything is good to go. Crazy thing is, I've been hit with some financial issues and for them to go ahead and say its all good, I was in my head saying God is always watching. The guys at Jiffy Lube in Ranson, I appreciate it all. Thank you.

I took my new RAM pickup, which has only 4,200 miles on it, to Jeff’s Lube for an oil change. I was told that my cabin air filter was “very dirty” and needed to be replaced, so I approved the $60 replacement. After going home, I started questioning how a cabin filter could possibly need replacement at such low mileage. I returned to the shop to speak with the manager, and while waiting, I noticed that every service advisor was recommending a cabin air filter replacement to every customer. To me, this looks like a new scam tactic, and customers should be aware. I will not be returning, as I no longer trust their honesty or their recommendations
