I originally went to a different shop in town to have a steering coupler replaced. As part of their "courtesy inspection," they gave me a long list of recommended repairs, based mostly on a out of date carfax report. After looking it over, more than half of the items were things I had already taken care of, so I chose to move forward with the coupler replacement only. For the services I did believe were due—transmission flush, front brakes, and new tires—I reached out to J & K Precision for a quote. Shelly got back to me quickly with an estimate, and I picked up my car from the first shop and took it straight over to J & K. My car was ready the next day, and the whole experience was smooth. Not only did they fix my ignition issue but they repaired the hydraulic lifts for my crossfire convertible after everyone else said it couldn’t be done. So impressed. Great work and great communication.
