Elderly parent went here and was fleeced. There was no part of the transaction where they didn't try to maximize their profit. High APR. Added the highest priced service contract with a tiny window for service. Gave her a comical value for her trade in. Added GAP coverage on a 4 year old car. It has to be painfully obvious that a used car buyer is being fleeced if you're selling them GAP insurance. . . Cancellation contract and nickel and dime fees out the whazoo. I understand that it's always buyer beware, but you'd think someone at the business would have a conscience. Would not send a loved one here.

I recently bought a minivan from these guys and my experience was wonderful. I had the money to buy it outright but there was an issue with my card. They allowed me to put down just $400 to hold it for me. Over the next 2 days i was able to get all the money and drive it off the lot. They were personable, friendly, and i LOVE my new vehicle.
