Big O Tires

From start to finish John went above and beyond. Communication was excellent along with helping to ensure my vehicle was reliable and safe. All staff were friendly and had great positive attitudes. Was able to get new tires, breaks changed and oil change all at same location. Highly recommend this company for your auto/tire needs. Keep up the great work- Faith ODell

This tire shop was recommended by another shop that closed at 4 on Friday. I broke down around 3 pm and if it weren’t for big O, I would have been stuck in town for the whole weekend. They hustled and even found a cheaper rebuilt alternator for my van! They had me on the road in less time than it takes to watch “without a paddle” on the lobby tv and to drink two cups of coffee. John was a very nice fellow and his team was kind. Thank you big O for saving my trip and hundreds of dollars!

They were great from the first phone call till I walked out the door. They helped out alot. I could only get 2 tires at a time. They didn't push me or say anything was wrong that wasnt. A lady came in for an oil change. They came out and told her she had only put 3000 miles and that she didn't need an oil change yet. That says alot to me they are very honest and very nice. I would recommend them!

Let me just start by saying the service and the team here is exceptional. Exceptional. My fiance and I were on a long road trip when our car had failed due to a faulty repair job done just not even 24 hours before at a Honda Dealership. Edwin, John, and Robert went above and beyond to fix our car to get us back on the road safely. Most importantly, we were finally able to make it home. These guys are just genuinely kind and nice people. After such a chaotic holiday for us, we were so grateful to come across these guys to help make our not so great situation, into a better one. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for being there when we really needed it.
