Cassidy's Auto Lube

I wish I could leave six stars. My family and I were taking a trip for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. We drove down from Portland, Oregon. Oil light turned on on our way home and I checked it and it said we had one quart approximately. We were in a panic. Brought it down to Cassidy's. They were open on a Saturday and when we explain the situation the jumped on the task like a NASCAR pit crew. A different guy checking different parts to figure out what happened. Turned out to be an O-ring for the oil filter broke. (We had just had the oil changed the day before we left for our trip). The urgency of their work made us feel more than a number. I wish we lived closer.

Anthony is simply amazing! I went to an oil change 300 miles away. After arrival to our destination my car was smoking, oil was leaking over the night and i didn’t know what to do. Anthony and his crew solved the issue, were very competent, explained what happened (by the previous oil change the lid wasn’t put back on), cleaned up the mess, changed the oil again and didn’t even charge me for this. That was so kind as a smoking and leaking car far a way from home it’s a bit scary experience. Thank you again Anthony!!

Great service! We had gotten an oil change at a different shop . They had over filled it and I was getting a warning light . They fixed it , cleaned my wind shield , the bays and facilities are great too. We have an extra high roof sprinter and wasn’t worried about it.

I had an hour before I had to go to Redding to go work and the manager helped me out so perfectly you guys will definitely see me more often. Anytime my car needs it. I appreciate you guys.

Updating my review as I totally gave a review for the wrong business. This is a LUBE AND OIL place. Large waiting room with plenty of seating , some magazines to browse thru and even a television for your viewing pleasure while u wait. IF u do wait, its NEVER very long. Fast and friendly service. If u bring more than one vehicle in their can b pricing discrepancies. Older vehicles tend to cost MORE to lube and oil so if you are concerned about that Find out your pricing up front before u have them work on your vehicle. Handicap friendly, they accept cash credit and debit cards and u can even grab a free stick on calendar before u leave.
