I do not recommend using this wrecker service.He changes his prices as he feels fit an HP department goes with what he says. It took my kids a few trips to get there stuff after he had went thru there mail. An then he refused to give the car over to the insurance company which my kids had to make another trip to his shop to release the car again to the insurance company.
Absolutely horrible service! His attitude was awful in the time of an accident. I would recommend everyone telling HPD not to call McKamie from Advance Automotive if they have an accident in Hope, Arkansas. He changes is prices as he sees fit and overcharges your insurance.
