Was driving cross country and got sidewall damage on a tire. Not only did they have the tire I needed but they were open on a day they weren’t supposed to be. Steve got me in and got everything fixed quickly. Can’t thank them enough. Super nice and very fair pricing.

5 Stars I cannot thank Southern Tire Mart in Hope, Arkansas enough — especially Ashley! I had a flat tire on my Tesla while stranded on the side of the interstate without a spare. After calling multiple tow companies who refused to help because it was a Tesla, Ashley stepped in and went above and beyond. She gave me her personal cell number, had me drop a pin so she could find my exact location, and quickly sent team members out to assist. Because it was a low-profile tire, they carefully removed the wheel and took it back to the shop. When it turned out the tire couldn’t be repaired, Ashley helped coordinate with another tire company over 50 miles away to get a replacement delivered. I needed a job done quickly and had my own new tires. This crew did the work in a few minutes and I was on my way. The price was good as well.
