DO NOT USE!!!!!! I am giving one star because zero was not an option. I am all about supporting local businesses, but this is the LAST time I use this one. Are they friendly, yes. Are they fast, yes. Did they knowingly put the wrong filter in my truck, yes! My motor locked up the next day! Absolutely zero oil. I filed an insurance claim through their insurance and it took over a month for the adjuster to reach them because they have no working phone number! I understand that mistakes happen, we are all human after all, but to knowingly out the wrong filter in is negligent! It’s been 3 months and I still don’t have my truck back. Please don’t do go through what I did and avoid them at all costs!

Worse oil change I ever had just because I asked them not to put water in my washer fluid they get mad and didn’t do a full oil change and never did change my oil filter

Good service and fast on getting everyone in and out in a orderly fashion. Didn't cost near as much as we had intended but the job was done, fast , easy , and in a hurry. I will be coming back here again for any and all my car service needs or repairs . Thanks downtown oil and lube! You just got a forever customer now

These gentleman are some of the friendliest I've met when it comes to service techs. Less than $100 for a full synthetic oil change. They may not always be the fastest, but they grease everything as part of the service. Will always use them for an oil change.

Great customer service. I was in and out getting my oil changed and they vacuum your car and on Wednesday it is ladies day so you get a discount.
