I'm a loyal customer to George after he diagnosed and fixed a problem that the dealership could not fix. Not only does he take care of my routine maintenance, but he also went out of his way when I lost my gasoline tank cap. Not only did George loan me a cap, he also advised me on how to prevent water from getting into my tank. He had the new cap [the last one manufactured with an attachment to the gas cap door] to me in less than 24 hours. George does high quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Called to try to get service on my BMW George was very rude and stated he charged $175 hour. When I said I just wanted to have it diagnosed he stated that if we diagnose the problem we fix it. I told him how Unprofessional he was and I will make sure to not refer any of my clients or my friends to him. We know a lot of people in Carteret County and we will spend the word.
