⭐ 3-Star Review: Friendly Team, but Attention to Detail Matters I decided to try Advanced for my Mercedes E350 convertible instead of the dealership where I usually go. My top wouldn’t close, and it also needed a B service. Everyone at Advanced was super friendly and helpful, and they even picked me up — which was a great touch and made me feel like they really care about their customers. After picking up my car, I put the top down and stopped at Farmers for lunch — one of my favorite local spots. When I went to put the top back up, it wouldn’t move! I had to drive all the way back and was told I’d need to leave the car again. That’s a lot of extra time for something I thought was already fixed. The oil change also raised concerns. I decided to forego the high dealership price for a major repair to my Mercedes C300. I saved $4000+ by seeking out Advanced Automotive. I'M GRATEFUL I DID! Nic kept me informed through the process: 1. from Mercedes parts' ordering & arrival, 2. to the cost of parts & labor, 3. to an installation timeline that he beat, & 4. to alerting me to weird service prompts that might pop up afterwards. When one did, NIC DROVE TO MY HOME to take care of it on the spot! WOW! Because of my work I've driven luxury cars. Yet, I've never received the luxury service and pricing from any dealership until Advanced Automotive. I'm a customer for life. THANK YOU!

Had a great experience here recently. The shop is really clean and the staff were both friendly and professional. What I appreciated most was that they weren’t pushy at all—I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. They just gave me the facts and laid out my options with plenty of info, then let me make the decision that worked best for me. It’s nice to find a place you can actually trust. Highly recommend.

10/10 experience with Advanced. These guys are the real deal and are the only shop I’m going to from now on. Knowledgeable, quality work, extremely communicative and kind, never pushy about additional services, professional, the list goes on. Most of us have probably had that experience with a shop that just makes you hate taking your vehicle in because it’s always something (poor customer service, no updates, nickel and diming you for more services, etc.), but not Advanced.
