Great service! The whole crew did amazing at getting my oil change done properly checking everything that’s needed and more. Offered a few add ons that I ended up getting. Restoration light service and my headlights having never looked this clear.
Carmen and Matt took great care of me and my Toyota! I was there for an oil change and a light treatment. My experience was friendly, engaging, and I felt comfortable asking questions (ladies, if you know you know). Happy to support local and meet the awesome people in our community. 10/10 Stanwood Jiffy!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! Carmen, the manager, was super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. The team did an awesome job and got me in and out really fast. No pressure, no nonsense—just great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The cashier/team lead must have been having a rough day during my visit. Not very courteous. No eye contact. Short with "customer experience". I work with the public and his approach needs some coaching.
Everyone did such an amazing job! Tirus and Carmen were especially helpful and knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming to this location for my oil changes from here on out. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!
