Advanced European Repair

I had my 2000 BMW serviced for this first time at AER since moving to Massachusetts in the Fall. I stopped by AER and spoke with Doug and booked my appointment. I was impressed with the facility and the professionalism I experienced. There were follow up text's confirming my appointment which was at 8AM. When I arrived, Doug had everything ready for me including a vehicle sitting next to the building which was warming up for me to use while my vehicle was being serviced. I received a detailed report of their findings and I was requested to call Doug back to discuss. The vehicle was ready at the end of the day and everything was taken care of. When I got into my vehicle there was a "Thank You" card from Eric who was the technician who took care of my vehicle. I was totally impress

I brought my Audi Q5 in because a shop I previously go to put to much oil in it. Doug at advanced European repair sent me a detailed diagnosis of the repairs I needed. I was very pleased with the service I received and the cost was reasonable. As a first time client, they deducted $50 off and I was surprised by the welcome bag of goodies that were waiting in my vehicle when I left.

First time customer at this location. Had been to their Shovel Town garage location in Easton for service previously and was very impressed. Hoped for the same here as Franklin is closer to my home. Cam away with the same terrific impression. Very responsive from first contact to last. Professional and knowledgeable. Never felt I was being “oversold” or that they were fishing to find defects. Quick service. Will certainly go to this business again in future.

They were honest and transparent about what actually needed to be fixed versus what could be repaired, which I really appreciated, no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward advice. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to AER in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.

My experience with AER was great. I needed a maintenance check to see if there was an issue with my EX. Doug was awesome, polite and was able to get my EX looked at the same day. Everything came back that my car was running without an issue. Doug didnt try to sell any extra unnecessary maintenance. He mad my first experience feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. I will definitely be going back to AER for all my future maintenance needs. Shawn
