I am not one to do reviews and this is actually my first review ever but I just wanted to give a shout out to the service team. Every time I come here I walk away with a smile because everyone is friendly and they actually enjoy holding a conversation with me even if it’s not about my car. I truly feel like they take the time to get to know you and it’s not all about the money and getting you out the door like the other big chain dealers. Sure there are times where there are big unexpected repairs needed ( I had a ~$2900 one last year…..ouch) but that’s the cost of owning a vehicle and it’s not their fault. They also did everything they could to help accommodate me when I needed the repair so I didn’t need to change my entire week or plans.

I highly recommend this place. I've been having my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland serviced here for the past 5 years. Mike the service manager and his team are very well trained, polite and knowledgeable. They'll give you pictures and a printed serivice list of things that need to be addressed without pressuring you to fix it. They make sure you understand what needs to be done immediatly and what you have time to fix, which is useful especially if you're on a budget. The shop is clean and neat which tells you the shop technicians take pride in their work. That's who you want working on your Vehicle. Great technician. Long time customer of planet service which is absolutely excellent. This weekend I had my first purchase experience with Planet. I picked up a 2025 Wagoneer S. Rob Dirks was my salesman and can honestly say it was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. He was very upfront and honest.
