Advanced Truck

After reading some of the reviews online, I had my hesitations, but Steve did a great job sourcing me a great used truck. he was able to swap the body that I wanted at no extra charge. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, and also offered me an extended warranty. For being a used truck with 80,000 miles, it looks, and feels brand new!

We recently purchased an Isuzu dump truck from Steve at Advance Truck. Steve was great to work with and delivered on all his promises. It was a bit uncomfortable at first with us being in Cleveland but Steve gave us confidence by providing many pictures and even did a video walk through of the truck before we took possession. We are very happy with the truck. Thanks again Steve!

I made 3 different attempts to buy a truck from these guys and all 3 times they always had an angel going, including advertising that the trucks were being sold by owner instead of the truth that they are a dealer, not to mention them stating that the trucks are in NY. They also use the old bait and switch deal. Stay clear of the guy's. If the lie a little to your face, you can be sure that they are lying you bing time behind your back.

Crooks. Placed order for the truck in August. He had it in his shop getting it "perfect" for a month and finally took delivery of it in October. Even bought the extended warranty he sold to me for $4500. Drove it 88 miles to a welder. Check engine light came on. Took it into Izusu dealer in Bridgeport who advised that the whole DEF system was rusted out. Warranty would not cover any of it because it was a "pre-existing condition". $15000 later I have my truck. Steve stopped responding to me. This guy and his business do not deserve your business. Go to a certified dealer.

If you don't know trucks 1000%, don't buy from this place or any place like this. Better to spend more money with a reputable company. They source trucks that have issues, that Good Dealers don't want, they perform a quick fix to get you over 30 days. Then, it's time to spend real money to get the truck fixed and forget about the cost of down time. We bought a Isuzu box truck few years ago for 34k, we spent 23k trying to fix the major issues over the years. Just sent it to the junkyard for write-off!
