⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a big thank you to Alex in the service department. Every time I bring my Western Star, Alex is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He takes the time to explain the issue, keeps me updated, and makes sure the truck gets fixed the right way. Service like this is hard to find. Because of Alex, I trust this shop and keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for him if you need service done.

This parts department was one of the best I’ve ever worked with, they’re open late (we walked in at 4AM) and had everything in stock. They went out of their way to help me and my brother and let me borrow an axle nut socket I needed to finish a roadside repair. Thank you so much guys, you saved us 🙏

3 days later, their repair quote came back at nearly $9,000. We chose not to move forward—and that’s when we were hit with a $1,300 bill for diagnostics alone. At $215 per hour in labor, their rates may work for large carriers, but for an owner-operator or small fleet these costs are simply not sustainable. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Update: I do appreciate the thought out response but it does paint the picture that my truck was completely unsafe. I was able to get all repairs completed last week and it passed MA state inspection for an all in price of $2881.

Horribly slow and irresponsible service, never come back! Their "a few more minutes" transfer to few hours even for sending the invoice for doing almost nothing, of course for bunch of $$$. Never come back! Just wasting of time and money👎
