Affordable Auto Repair

These people took advantage of me, charged me for a sticker, That they failed to put on my car and then the next week when I came for a repair they tried to say I needed to make over $1000 more in repairs before they gave me the sticker.. ( that they said would be fine after the first repair) needless to say, I was upset and I went to another shop in Norway and got a sticker With repairs less than a quarter of what these people were trying to charge me. I am rough on my cars and I spend a lot of money to repair them. It’s really too bad that instead of having a permanent customer, they wanted to rip me off for temporary enrichment..

I went in thinking I wasn't gonna spend more than $20 for a plug in the tire. I had $40 Cash thinking that was enough, but he cut me off. And said it was going to be like $60 for a plug in a tire, I went to Walmart and it was only $15. Clearly people are getting overcharged. "Affordable" not so much.

Affordable? Hardly! Spark plugs cost me over $300. Guy charged me for “shop supplies” too whatever that was..every single thing he could. Never called to tell me what was wrong or how much it would cost. Definitely never going back!

Do not consider the negative reviews. Scott and his team were honest, quick, and affordable. They did multiple jobs and repairs on my Dodge van. I definitely recommend this shop.

Worst experience I've ever had, I'm an avid review reader before I go anywhere and I thought there was enough saying good about it that I'd try them out but you go in with one problem and you come out with several more. There is no communication between any of the employees so nothing gets done and they don't call you when they are done.
