Portland Glass of South Paris

Spoke to Jacob at Paris store. Some windows on house are 20 plus years old. Needed new screens. Jacob researched it and got back to me quickly. Ordered and two weeks later as promised they were in. What I paid may be the going price, I think especially considering the beyond excellent service , the efficiency and the accuracy, the “price” was particularly fair. How do I rate a business? Staff, courtesy and communication and follow up are of the highest priority to start. Need a new screen? First stop and most likely last is the Paris Portland Glass with Jacob at the helm. I’ll be back.

Great experience! Needed a replacement screen for a sliding door rebuilt from scratch. Brought in an existing one and they made the new one perfectly. The best part was it was ready the next day. The customer service was great as well.

Jacob did a fantastic job with the replacement of my windshield and recalibration. My car was giving him a lot of trouble during the recalibration and he was willing to keep my car for an extra day to make it right. I appreciated Jacob keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The communication and customer service was very appreciated. I’ll definitely be using Portland Glass for any of my needs going forward.

Windshield was replaced on my 24 Lexus. Job was done on time and workmanship was top notch. I had to bring the car back because of a wiper alignment issue but was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

Highly highly recommend! I was sent on a wild goose chase by safelight auto glass, 4 times I was rescheduled on because they ordered the wrong part and a 5th time because some other issues. Anyways after over a month I contacted Portland glass and they had the CORRECT part ordered before we got off the phone and got my truck in 3 days later. It was intact the right window and they had it installed and back to me in 4 hours! And ended up being more than $120 cheaper! 5 stars hand down’! Thank you guys!
