Paris Hills Camper Rental LLC

This is our second year renting from this company. They were able to accommodate our unique timeframe. We are a doctor and a certified financial planner with multiple children and a bit bit of a crazy schedule. This year, our rental was very last-minute but Jeff was able to piece together a camper for the first half of our week and then a second camper for the second half of the week. He was very kind, very helpful, and very responsive if we ever had any questions. He was always very easy to get a hold of. The first camper was older than the second camper, but totally fine. Clean, everything worked. Both campers came completely stocked with all of the dishes, chairs, rug, table, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, sheets, pillows, cleaning supplies, broom and dustpan, Swiffer mop, cof

This all could of been avoided but when we called jeff to tell him about issues to see what he wanted to do , he took immediate offense and said” i don’t believe you youre not getting your money back dont ever call me again i wont aswer” then hung up on us. First of all we weren’t asking for our money back we were just voicing our concern about the filth ( clearly trailer was not cleaned at all before brought to us) and the things that weren’t working for our 6 night trip( which was affected because of renting these two units from this company ) when pick up time came i got i text that said you are not to tell my drivers anything or talk to them about anything( see below pictures for text ) This guy is in it go take your money and run, be careful before you rent , these campers are not car

Trailer was exactly as expected. Fully stocked and super clean. Our camp site actually flooded due to rain so the owner had to come midweek to move us, which he did with a smile. Would highly recommend to others, and have already book the same unit for next year.

First of all, Paris Hills was prompt and accommodating. The camper was immaculate and spacious and extremely well stocked. After camping for 20 years, I pretty much have everything I need but anything I didn’t have was right there. I booked the camper for next year on the day I arrived; I was that happy with the company and the camper.

First time camper rental. Jeff, you made my experience an easy one. Couldn't be happier with the camper amenities provided. Really made my weekend a memory. Thanks again!!
