They are very knowledgeable and helpful and when we found out the manufacturer no longer made the needed part, they kept at it and were eventually able to get my car up and running and back on the road. I brought my car in one morning without an appointment because my battery had died suddenly the night before. I bought a new battery and after installing it, I stopped by to ask if they could inspect the alternator and have the inspection done by early afternoon so that I could drive to Redding to visit someone in the hospital. It was a Saturday morning. I was in a hurry, and I had no appointment. Every mechanic's favorite customer, right? They said there were several cars ahead of me but they would get to my car as soon as possible. Unfortunately, my last visit to repair my car was a disaster. After inspection, they told me the suspension and both the front and inner tie rods needed to be replaced. A few days later, they informed me the car was ready and repaired. I took it home, but the next day, while driving on the highway, the traction control suddenly activated, and the car began swerving right and left, losing speed. I nearly had a serious accident, but I managed to regain control and pull over safely.I returned the car to them and was shocked to find out they had not installed the correct parts for my vehicle, nor had they tested it after the repair to ensure everything was working properly. Had to take the Road Slayer here for smog as 89 volvo wagons are not on the new machines. The ladies here were great. Friendly, smart and thoughtful of their customers. Great experience!
