The vehicles on the lot are presented very nicely and look appealing at first glance, but unfortunately, my experience after the purchase was disappointing. After taking time to properly review the car, speak with a mechanic, and do my own research, I realized that the vehicle I was sold has known reliability issues and does not reflect the price I paid for it, it was too expensive. I bought a Chrysler 300 C on October 11, 2025, for my 15-year-old son. The people were nice Queen was polite and helpful. I had just been discharged from the hospital the day before and wanted something reliable. They assured me it was a good car, but Chrysler’s inspection showed major issues the rear brakes were metal to metal, and it also needed spark plugs, a sway bar link, tie-rod bushings, and a fuel injection service. I paid for a brake-fluid exchange, coolant-fluid exchange, oil and filter change, tire rotation , and had the rear brakes replaced, but the rest was too expensive to fix right away. I received awesome assistance from beginning to the end of the process. I love my car and have told my entire family and friends about this place. Ms. Ella and Dele were great to work with.

They come across as nice people, and they helped me find what I thought was a great car. Elijah assisted with my purchase. He is a great con man, switching up his words after you bring things to his attention. I thought it was a great car except when I took it to a mechanic, I had to pay another $2000 due to many issues. Not to mention the windows stop going down, and after replacing the starter and the camshaft, I now have to replace the timing chain. Any used car you get anywhere, it is always best to have a mechanic check it out to make sure it isn’t a lemon. I believe that most of the cars here are just that.

Great service on the lot and doing paperwork. The salesman’s made sure we seen everything in our price range and still went down on the car my son liked. The lady in the office made it easy to drive off. Best spot with a huge selection for cash cars. Thanks again Ore!
