I am from out of state, and took my car here after it was damaged on import. The work done was fast and well done, but my problems began AFTER the work was done. I needed to get pictures of the damaged parts to send to the company to get reimbursed for the damages, but it IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HIM ON THE PHONE. I literally called 2-3 times a day for weeks, left messages every time, and he never calls back or answers the phone. This was the case during the work to, I asked him to get a quote on the parts and labor and call me back so I could know how much it would be. Nothing, call and call and call, finally I just take an Uber car to the shop, and there is my car sitting there fixed. Took my car to Gregg's after experiencing symptoms I could'nt diagnose. And after only a short time I was pleased to find out I only had a minor issue.
