Affordable Transmissions

Paid forty two hundred dollars for a transmission.Rebuild nine thousand miles later.It's back in the shop getting rebuilt again. They told me when I first pay for the bill that it was 36000. 3 year warranty. When I take it in for him to warranty it. He states to me that if the vehicle has gone over 12000 miles and I haven't paid him to do another oil change, then the warranty would be invalid. Luckily, mine had only gone 9000 miles during the removal and reinstallation. He asked me to pick up a rear main seal. So he can replace it. Told me that mine was leaking. He replaces the rear main sill and less than 60 miles later. The rear main sill breaks my brand new oil change dumps all over the freeway, and he refuses to help me fix. I sought out three opinions and Peli was the only one who was able to break it down for me to understand what was going on with my vehicle. He was able to give me a fair price and break down all that entails. And I think it took a fair amount of time for the work that was done. On top of that, I had another vehicle with a similar issue that was originally quoted at double the price that Peli was able to give me. I would definitely recommend this business especially to other women! Everything felt honest and he was very kind and explanatory. I was also given a three-year warranty for the transmission as long as I do yearly maintenance with them, which I am happy to!

The outside might be a little outdated but the service and honestly are amazing! I took in my vehicle in with a problem and they checked it with no price. They took me in to show me the vehicle and looked a few other things I had questions about. Over all I love these people they have been in this business for decades and treated me as if I was family! Definitely come to them if you need any transmission work done.

This is a wonderful shop that really does care about their customers. They give it to you honest, even if it means they miss out on some money. They unfortunately weren't able to help me with my specific situation because of cost limitations on my part, but that was to be expected, my car is getting old. Peli has done several transmissions for my family and I over the years. Has treated me great and has had the lowest price I could find, and has a 3 year warranty. So far not one of them have failed.
