Took my car here for repairs and had a great experience. Chris, and all the guys were honest, explained everything clearly, and got the job done faster than I expected. I had a really good experience with the shop, everyone is welcoming and professional. They really explain to you straight what is the problem and how it can be fixed. I have an electrical problem so I need to prepare myself and I will definitely come back to Automotive fleet repair. I also bought tires from a tire shop and they busted my sensors and Rich helped me also to understand what happened, I went back to the tire shop the second time (the first time they just told me they had nothing to do with that and since I do not know much about cars I just left) and I have two new sensors that I was going to pay from my pocket. I am very pleased with the experience because the previous shop I went to just gave me a quote without telling me all what Rich told me. I will definitely come back. T

I had the best experience! The customer service was excellent! I was prepared to purchase brakes because I heard some rubbing on the back rear of my car. The head technician walked me back to receive a visual of my brake pads and rotors, turns out my breaks where in great condition. The technician working on my car removed any debris took my car for a test drive and no more rubbing. I walked out paying about $32 for a break inspection. This shop could have charged me for repairs I didn't need but they were very honest. I really appreciate the customer service, the detailed service, and the HONESTY! Give them a try!

I took my car to AFR on 2/17/26 for a oil change upon respection the technician Gary found several things that was wrong with my automobile. The inspection took place where I could see ,pictures were taken. Gary & Rich explained everything to me throughly . I felt like I was in very good hands from the beginning to end of competition. I've used them before but these new owners are a one of a kind. Very polite and courteous. Rich and Gary scored a customer for life. Rich did everything he could to get me back on the road to Florida! I had issues with my vehicle that required my old shop to fix a warranty issue and Rich got it towed there for me! He also offered to have an Uber get me a ride and checked in with me afterwards to see if I had made it safely. I would recommend this shop to everyone I know!
