The worst experience in a shop for the last 40 years we have lived in Texas. We were recommended by Crestview to get an alignment in our 4 year old RV. After several days without knowing the status of the estimate we finally got one. Almost $5,000 for an Rv who was worth $27K when new. It was an insult to our intelligence as the minimum . That did not include a list of things they found and did not include in the estimate . When we went to pick it up they charged us $190 for nothing . We lost time and money. Never go to that shop, they are zero efficient, zero professionalism and minis zero customer service . Then when we took the Rv home and one of the parts was hanging on the road and were advised by another drivers . They gave us the vehicle in worst condition we delivered to them. Nev

Aguirrie is great. Dropped my Ford F 550 off to get some major damage fixed and had the truck back in 4 business days. Very impressed and will be using them again for my other vehicles that get body damage.

Did not get paint or body work done here. My friend and I had a flat tire and Phillip was so kind and called a tire shop out to come and help us and made the whole process so much less stressful. Phillips a real one and if we ever get a truck and need paint and body work we know where to go

Pretty frustrating experience. They completely mishandled the repair. Didn’t follow up with insurance on their submission and the truck sat for 6 months before I got directly involved. 14-months later the truck is not even close to repaired. Insurance is saying items aren’t wreck related because it sat at their yard for so long. To top it off these guys bill me for stuff they did that wasn’t approved. Tons of stuff not fixed. I have at least 10k in repairs to get this to a condition that is road worthy. Now I have a truck that won’t pass a basic DOT inspection. Don’t waste your time.

We put all new tires on our Jayco Freightliner Seneca RV. We took it into Aguirrie for an alignment. The whole process was seamless from scheduling to completion. Elvis, the estimator was professional and courteous. A very clean place. I loved the completely secured facility. This will be my go to shop for my RV needs. Thanks yall!
