Air Care Colorado

I always prepare myself for having to wait forever, but I'm always in and out in no time. I usually go around 9:30 or 10 and there are very few cars in front of me. On my last visit, I only got through a page and a half of my book before they were done with my car!

Waited one hour and 5 minutes, much of it with no one else there. Station manager was belligerent and screamed at me. Got 2 tickets (second one after waiting an hour). Women alone, DO NOT GO HERE. I did not feel safe. I went to Arvada, and what a difference. Go there. Only about 3 miles away.

I know rules are rules but when I took my suv in and I sat down in the waiting room, I saw as they pulled my suv in and when they went to look for my exhaust ( which was cut behind my second axle and stubbed down to the side) it only took them a second and they threw their hands up like it wasn’t their problem. The manager told me I could file for an extension but I have to get it fixed cause they can’t do my emissions if my exhaust is not past the second axle. Drove down the road to another location and they did it for me with no problems! I know rules are rules but don’t be afraid of working!!!

I showed up an hour early was first in line 10 cars showed up behind me. All bay doors are open people are in the building. 8 minutes before they open at 8 am a guy comes out and hangs a “temporarily closed” sign over the sign at the entrance. Doesn’t not even look in my direction and walks back in. Drive to Arvada like everyone else says. I’m here now place is packed but their working the line through quick.

Read the other reviews about Shane (the manager) on here. There are quite a few. Women are repeatedly saying they were afraid going there and I think I understand why. He is abrasive and confrontational and resistant to doing his actual job. I showed up at 8:15. I Went into the que with everyone else for a VIN verification because the gate sign lists it as a price and doenst say to go anywhere else. After waiting some time I got to the front and the manager (Shane) gruffly told me to pull to the side and that I would have to wait until he did all the emissions tests.
