I initially thought I had a good experience at Airport Automotive when I had my lower control arms installed on 7/25/25. However, after a week of driving following an alignment, I started hearing a knocking noise in my front suspension. I ordered sway bar links and tie rod ends, thinking those were the problem, and was waiting on the parts to arrive before bringing the car back in. I called the shop to schedule an appointment to have the parts installed, but after being told they were busy and would call me back, I never received any follow-up.
