Alexa Miller was huge help in selecting our airstream unit. Unfortunately due to no fault of her own but an inventory issue at a sister store we had to purchase at another dealer. But she spent many hours with us narrowing down and learning the units. I would highly recommend asking for Alexa at airstream Austin.

I called Airstream of Austin in Buda TX and asked them to fix the Timberline heater in my Jayco Class B camper van (yes, Jayco not Airstream). We were traveling - just passing through the area - and the weather was very cold. We really need the heater fixed. They told me to come right in that day. They had technicians familiar with working on Timberline heaters. They fixed the heater and got us back on the road the same day. They were overly accommodating, very helpful and super nice. I’d highly recommend them. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area again and need some work on our RV.

I had a great experience working with Airstream of Austin (Buda, TX). Janene was very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything easy to understand. Abel, the GM, also stepped in and went out of his way to help make the deal work, and I really appreciated the extra effort from both of them. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and patient..especially as I asked a lot of questions while learning about the different options. Customer Review – Airstream of Austin Purchase 06/2025 We drove from Fort Worth to Airstream of Austin to purchase our new trailer, and our salesperson, Amber, was absolutely amazing! She handled everything perfectly — professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth. We did run into a small issue after the purchase with a damaged cushion and a couple of vents that needed replacing. At first there was some confusion about shipping, but once I spoke with the manager, Abel Gonzalez, everything was handled quickly and professionally.
