I can't say they are rude I could hardly hear him speaking to me, but in spanish he's loud as all out doors. They quoted a price over the phone and honored that price. They charge $60.00 for a used tire. They saved me where Walmart let me down. I so appreciate them for that. I will return when I need tires again.

This is where I go for new or used tires and they have always taken care of me. The super there looks like Vin Diesel, real cool dude. No frills, good low priced used tires. I also bought a set of new hard to find white wall tires for my low low. got a good price . Check em out

I had a flat tire on the interstate and was able to get to a gas station within a mile of AK. AK sent a gentleman named Charles to my car & took off my wheel. They put a new tire on my wheel & then went to my car to replace it. Charles & Alex were very professional and kind. Prices were good. They were friendly and were true superheroes when I was in a desperate situation.

Super helpful, great customer service and I was in and out quickly able to safely make it the 3 hours home.

Awful customer service. Called and drove 30 min to get my tire changed and made it before they closed and they refused to change it even though I called before even driving. Just go to Dales!
