Ake Ake Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating

An excellent experience! Making an appointment was easy. My 2018 Jeep Wrangler a rental and deep-down dirty. Charity, my contact person welcomed me and walked around the Jeep, listening as I pointed out my concerns. I dropped off at 8 am and was to pick up the Jeep at 3 pm. Charity called me about 2 pm to tell me she'd needed to deep clean the seats again an that the Jeep wouldn't be done by 3 and recommended I leave it overnight. I returned the next morning and was very pleased with the work Charity had done. Nearly every grain of sand was gone. The seats had returned to their original color, and the rest of both interior and exterior were shiny and clean. Would be happy to use and recommend Ake Ake Detailing to anyone one the Big Island.

Kelly is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to detailing and it is clear she works hard to stay at the forefront of her industry. Picking up my truck at the dealer was a great experience. Picking up my truck from Kelly was out of this world. I have never seen that level of shine before and the interior was pristine. Truck was better than new and to top it off it was presented to me at the end of the red carpet (yes literally a red carpet). Kelly and her staff are amazing- Professional, Courteous and Kind. I am a mom with three boys so you can imagine the state of my minivan. I was nervous to bring it to anyone because I thought it was too messy but Kelly assured me it was totally normal and made me feel so comfortable. When they were done with my vehicle the interior looked brand new and smelled amazing. We will absolutely be bringing all our vehicles to Ake Ake in the future!

Kelly and her crew are more than just "professional". They are caring experts! My poor car had been neglected since moving the the Big Island. In one day, Ake Ake renewed my car back to the car I ell in love with. Their work is superior. They are conveniently located and their prices are fair. I will be back!

5 Stars for Kelly @ Ake Ake! I took the car to Kelly for help with some pen on my seats. Kelly tried all her tricks, while being careful with the leather. In the end, we were unable to remove the marks, but she was able to refer me to a good dye person. Highly recommend you first go to Kelly, she will take excellent care of your car, and ensure you get to the right place if it needs special care.
