Such a great experience from the start. The pre-approval process was easy and straight forward and I got a call back within minutes from Rhino. He asked me standard questions on what I was looking for and my budget and in less than 24-hours, I was driving home with a car. The entire staff is amazing. These guys really go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience. I reached out to them from the mainland and shopped their selection through text messages and videos taken by their salesman. Dollar amounts and financing options were always right upfront and in the end, there was no extra or hidden fees. The salesman coordinated all insurance binder information with a local agent and took care of all of that on the backend. I got one call from the insurance agent to clarify a few things and make payment. They picked us up at the airport in a vehicle big enough to handle the dog crate, dog, family and luggage then got us into our new vehicle quick fast and in a hurry. Just a few more signatures at the desk, some water for the dog from a friendly salesman and we were off to
