My nieces car broke down last night and this company was dispatched for roadside assistance. After being notified of a window of 2 hours she sat and waited. She could not leave the car unattended due to the area she broke down which was a back road with no lighting and no shoulder. After the window passed several attempts were made with no contact to the company. This company was a no show no call. What I found strange was the insurance co was sending updates that he was in route. Needless to say after 4 hrs of waiting and well after midnight the tow was cancelled. No call, no explanation, nothing.

I was having a really rough night . To top everything off I locked my keys in my car at Wawa ! I called my insurance company and these guys were out within 15 minutes , which is actually the shortest time I’ve ever had to wait before ! He even took time out to listen to me just rant on about my day ! Great experience I recommend 20/20!

His service and fast and price was reasonable. Was able to come right to me and have my car gone in ten mins…I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend. Thank you
