She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with a car the same day, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. Andre was awesome! He wasn’t pressuring or overbearing at all. I test drove a few (in the cold rain) until I found “the one”, yeah I’m picky! He was able to get my payment right where I wanted it. Hey guys so first this is in no way to shame the business but this is an honest review. On the 29th of august i purchased a grand jeep Cherokee from them and on day 2 the key fob stopped working . Day 3 my check engine light came on . I took it to autozone and it came up as a knock sensor (engine sensor ) and a thermostat .I couldn’t get in touch with the dealership due to it being a weekend & a holiday Monday . Tuesday I went in the lady sana who sold me the car didn’t even speak to me ! No empathy at all ! Pretty crazy because you she just sold me a car . I then sat and spoke with Mohammad and told him I didn’t want the vehicle he explained they do not take back vehicles. I asked could they fix the car he did say they could . They sent it up to a shop they work with in new castle .
