I had a great experience here. I came in because one of my tires kept losing air, and Doug reassured me that it will be checked thoroughly. He explained that it was due to the weather. My tire was refilled, he didn’t try to upsell me, and even gave me helpful information about a separate electronic issue I was having. The service was honest, informative, and stress-free. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

On December 2023, I came down to purchase a 2017 Subaru WRX with the deposit of $9K.. Thought I finally landed the car I always dreamed for! Little did I know this car had issues from within! First 3 months with in, My clutch went out! I called the same seller and he emailed me info to my AUL coverage but told me via text message to "not to have high expectations because it was a mechanical ware". Had the adjuster come out to AAMCO, they declined to cover anything so that was $3800 out of my pocket! Also, I was never able to pass inspection within the first few attempts due to emissions failure that could never be explained other than drive for at least 50 miles in a single trip. Where do I start. Thought the transmission went out of my daughters car. Purchased a used one and was going to have them replace it. They got in touch we me and told me one of the axles had come out of the transmission. Someone had put the incorrect axle in and it was to short causing it to come out of the transmission, which was very dangerous. After looking everywhere they finally were able to find the correct axle, and replaced it. They changed the fluid, road tested it to be sure all was ok..it's was all good to go. So they actually saved me somewhere around $2,000. All the time keeping me informed on everything they were doing. A true and honest business. I received an oil change from Pristine Motorsports yesterday and I have to say it was phenomenal service. They were able to fit me in and got done quickly. I didn’t feel forced to buy the extras to hike up the cost. Everything was explained clearly and I got helpful tips to make things last longer. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would highlly recommend.

I have to say that the team and customer service at Pristine Motorsports is as professional as they come. From the day of my car purchase to service help and answers have been exceptional. Even when I call with questions about my 2019 volvo s60 t5 momentum there is always someone to help me. Thank you Steve and the great team you work with.
