Alamo Rent A Car

The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Picking the vehicle up was easy. No high pressure add on sales! Returning the vehicle was a breeze and Cheyenne was a great help upon during the return process.

EDIT: I have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 star due to Alamo reimbursing some money. I've rented plenty of vehicles from a lot of companies. This was such a disappointment. My family came into my home town for the state fair, i wanted it to be special as they have never been. I spent over 200 for a premium SUV and not only was the thing not washed and looked like it went off roading, but the inside smelt of cigarettes. My wife has tons of allergies and doesn't do well with cigarettes. she was in pain Everytime we went somewhere. I would have brought it right back inside for a different vehicle, but we were running late to something, so i accepted what i was given. I hope management actually reads this and ensure this doesn't happen again to others.

Excellent customer service at pick-up in Idaho Falls. The Alamo counter was inside the airport right next to baggage claim which made for an easy experience. The drop-off experience also had excellent and friendly customer service in Boise. The airport entrance was only steps away from drop-off. I would recommend Alamo for a hassel free auto rental.

What could have been a slightly disappointing experience with Alamo became an excellent experience. All thanks to the wonderful lady that helped us at Idaho Falls. I will not give her name due to privacy. However, Alamo has a gem of a representative there. If you visit Alamo at Idaho Falls, which I recommend, hopefully you will get to meet her.
