The person at the counter was great, No hassels. It was quick in and out. The car was ready no much walking to find it.
I have rented automobiles from Alamo for many, many years. They provide great automobiles at good prices. Their staffs are excellent. I will always rent their.
Alamo is in the MSO airport (you dont have to take a van ride off property) and the cars are right there and easy to find. I have an excellent customer experience. Drop off was very easy and you just walk right into the airport from the lot. The rates were very fair, booking as a benefit of Costco travel.
Great customer service at both pick up and return! And it was so easy - in and out, very quick! We loved the vehicle
Car was in sad shape. Non operational wiper fluid and car had either been wrecked or was seriously out of alignment. Credits for issues still not applied yet.
