Kent Brothers Subaru seriously saved me. I was driving across the country when my car started overheating and gushing coolant. I turned around and went to their shop, and even though they were super busy, they still took the time to help me out. At first, we thought it was the radiator, but Colin didn’t just go with that and try to sell me something I didn’t need. They took the time to figure out the real issue—turned out to be the classic Subaru head gasket leak. They didn’t try to scam me or upsell anything, just honest and determined to get to the bottom of it. They couldn’t fit me in for the repair (understandably, they were packed), but they gave me super helpful tips on how to get through the rest of my 3,000-mile drive home. I drive up from the Bitterroot just to have these guys work on my subaru. They are always transparent and super helpful. They are busy so book ahead but in my experience it is always worth the wait. Highly recommend if you are a subaru owner!

We were on a road trip from Canada when our wheel bearing completely gave out. Stranded in the States, we were so lucky to find this shop. They squeezed us in on short notice, they treated us with kindness, honesty, and genuine care. The whole team went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and you could tell they truly wanted to help rather than just do a job.
