Basolo Auto Body & Paint

This review is way over due. I apologize. In April of 2025 my wife and I encountered a deer on highway 93 just north of Victor. Our 2014 Honda Pilot was in need of front drivers side and front end work. I wish I could post before and after pics. Some people said it was totaled. Shawn looked at it and said it wasn't. Basolo auto body brought our Pilot back to her beautiful self. In our opinion there is no other body shop in Missoula. Basolo is it. Not only are their prices fair, they are easy to work with and are good people!!

Sean and his staff did a great job. Thought I was going to have to get rid of my vehicle but Sean and his staff brought it back to life very easy to deal with very good price and I am so happy that I went there. Vehicle looks great runs great just like nothing ever happened

I worked with Basolo Auto after a deer decided to hit my car (aren't they rude like that, here in Montana?). A coworker suggested them. Basolo was responsive, easy to work with, and gave appropriate updates on my car. (Appropriate meaning, not overly spamming me; they gave helpful updates for when they needed to send a readjustment to my insurance.) Not only did they do great customer service/communication/work on my vehicle, when their card reader was down, they were understanding enough to let me run home to get my check book instead. Hopefully I don't get hit by any more deer or need body work soon. I have definitely been recommending Basolo to anyone who was aware of my car needs, so hopefully more people benefit from their services.
